Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
Hatha is a generic term that refers to any type of Yoga that teaches physical postures. Vinyasa is the Sanskrit word for "flow". Our Hatha Vinyasa Yoga classes are fluid, movement-intensive practices focussed on breathing. We encourage smooth transitions from pose to pose always respecting every type of body.
AcroYoga blends the wisdom of Yoga, the dynamic power of Acrobatics and the loving kindness of Healing Arts such as Thai Massage. In our AcroYoga classes we explore both the so called Solar and Lunar sides of the practice. The solar, or more acrobatic practice is aimed at developing strength, balance and flexibility in order to be able to perform partner acrobatic sequences. The lunar, or more therapeutic practice is aimed at experiencing surrender. The flyer is often guided by the base into a sort of floating series of stretching and massage.
